Melissa Schools are in the top 3% of all Texas Public and accredited charter schools. Mr. Murphy has a track record of supporting the success of all students and understands the importance of keeping in tune with best practices and earning the hearts of everyone.

• Have the courage to do the right thing, not the most popular thing.
• Listen to your internal compass.
• Lead with your heart.
• Love, compassion, and then accountability.
• Crave the success of others. 
• Tell the truth in a way that is not divisive.
• Instill Hope...the promise that there are brighter days ahead.

 

I have been blessed to weather many storms and thrive in a very difficult chapter for many in leadership. I am always willing to help reflect on approaches to help leaders continuously improve. I love working with educational leadership teams and have even served as an inspiration speaker on several occasions. Please feel free to reach our to me if you feel I can help.
