Charles Williams has been an educator for nearly 20 years serving as a teacher, a mentor/lead teacher, an assistant principal, and a principal for urban students in grades K-12. He also serves as an equity advocate through his work with Great Expectations Mentoring, Chicago Public School's Office of Equity, and The City of Chicago's Equity Office. Charles is the host of The Counter Narrative Podcast, a show designed to challenge the dominant narrative that often negatively portrays our disenfranchised population, and the co-host of Inside the Principal's Office, a bi-monthly show featuring educational leaders from around the world. He is also one of the co-authors of "Inside the Principal's Office: A Leadership Guide to Inspire Reflection and Growth." Joshua Stamper initially used his artistic talent, creativity and original ideas as a professional graphic designer.  Suzanne Dailey is an instructional coach in the Central Bucks School District where she has the honor and joy of working with elementary teachers and students in 15 buildings. Suzanne is Nationally Board Certified, a Fellow of the National Writing Project, and has a Masters Degree in Reading. She is the author of Teach Happier this School Year: 40 Weeks of Inspiration & Reflection (ASCD, January 2023). She also writes for the Teach Better Team in her monthly blog series, "Teach Happier" and hosts the "Teach Happier" weekly podcast.  She is dedicated to nurturing and developing the whole child and teacher and loves sharing strategies at workshops and conferences. Suzanne lives in Doylestown, Pennsylvania with her husband, two children, and English Bulldog.
